At VillaMoor, each piece is created with intention and care. Due to the nature of our designs and limited releases, we encourage thoughtful purchasing.
We accept returns for store credit or exchange only within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- No signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Final Sale
All sale items, custom pieces, and limited drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
